The Crust Celos Bombora combines the versatile Bombora frame with a high-quality carbon fork and additional refinements. The lightweight, heat-treated chromoly steel frame is designed for a comfortable yet lively ride, making it ideal for gravel, tarmac, loose surfaces, and long-distance touring.
The sleek carbon fork features a straight 1 1/8" steerer, offers tire clearance of up to 2.3–2.4", and includes "three-pack" mounts, fender mounts, and internal routing for brake lines and hub dynamo wiring. The three mounting points on each fork leg allow for the attachment of extra gear.
The Bombora is designed for 650B/27.5" wheels with tires up to 2.3". Alternatively, 700C wheels can be used—accommodating tire widths up to 48 mm in the rear and 29 x 2.3" in the front.

Carbon fork with versatile mounting options. In addition to generous tire clearance, the Celos carbon fork features three-pack mounts with a load capacity of up to 3 kg per side. Mounts for mudguards are also provided.
Important: The manufacturer explicitly recommends against mounting a front rack on the carbon fork.
A Comfortable Gravel All-Rounder
Despite its generous tire clearance, the Celos Bombora is not a mountain bike! The lightweight tubing is designed for high ride comfort and a smooth ride quality. It is therefore best suited for gravel, tarmac, loose surfaces, and long-distance touring—rather than technical singletrack or extremely rugged terrain.
