This little bracket is helpful for mounting certain single-bolt tail lights to the back of a Rat Tail rack.
Fun fact: these are the same cut pieces that get formed into the clamps for Rat Tail. Rather than forming them into the circular clamps for the rack, in this case we bend them into the dog leg shape.
