Portage Panniers feature a system comprising a removable dry bag and a holster, offering immense packing versatility. At camp, the bags can be detached in seconds, keeping wet gear separate from dry essentials. A three-strap compression system secures the load firmly to the rack—ensuring a rock-solid, rattle-free fit on any terrain. With three sizes available—ranging from the race-proven 10-liter version to the 18-liter expedition model—there is a perfect solution for every ride.
The holster’s mounting system combines proven concepts with smart design details. Two rubberized hooks, secured by small TPU straps, attach to a rugged crossbar made of injection-molded nylon. The hooks can be easily adjusted laterally to fit various rack designs. A molded lower mount, combined with a third attachment strap, locks the holster securely in place.
Premium materials are used throughout, including our proprietary, ultra-durable dry bag fabric featuring a white interior for optimal visibility. The holsters are constructed from laminated Challenge 400D fabric, UHMW-PE ripstop, and—in critical areas—Hypalon.
