The extra-wide tire clearance for 29-inch tires offers comfort and safety for weekend getaways on gravel roads and flowy, easy singletrack, or the reliability and speed for demanding bikepacking tours like the Tour Divide. Version 2 delivers the updates you requested: clearance for 29 x 2.4" tires in all frame sizes, UDH dropouts with full SRAM compatibility, a 3D-printed mount for a dropper seatpost, a redesigned chainstay bridge, and optimized geometry at both ends of the frame. Thanks to the new Ride 415 VGM carbon fork, the Big Kev v2 is optimized for 2.25" tires with a maximum width of 2.4". From frame size S upwards, even 2.6" tires can be mounted, although with slightly less mud clearance. The Big Kev v2 is guaranteed to satisfy the desire for a gravel bike with wide tires. For less demanding tours or more speed on fast gravel adventures, you can switch to 2.0" tires and roll even faster. Gravel Plus means you can ride more than just pristine gravel roads. Lightweight, robust, and durable. The Big Kev V2 is built to last, featuring a carefully selected titanium tubeset optimized for weight, comfort, and reliability. A custom-designed crown with asymmetric chainstays and dropouts allows for extra-wide tire clearance with a road-bike-like Q-factor. This exquisite and complex rear triangle, stabilized by an 85.5 mm T47 bottom bracket shell, provides a robust platform even under load. The optimized dropouts are compatible with the SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) system and fully compatible with SRAM Transmission derailleurs.
More storage. More mounting options. The Big Kev V2 has a larger frame triangle than other 29er models. This allows even smaller frame sizes to accommodate full-size frame bags for additional storage. With three bottle cage mounts, rack and fender mounts, and the option to mount 1x drivetrains (boost cranks are not required), the Big Kev V2 caters to a wide variety of riding styles. The Big Kev V2 also features bento box mounting points on the top tube, allowing you to securely store your belongings in most bolt-on top tube bags. Our Ride 415 VGM suspension fork offers offset adjustment for fine-tuning your ride. Additionally, three M5 bolt holes on each fork leg allow for the attachment of fork bags or extra water bottles. With a load capacity of up to 8 kg per fork leg, this top-of-the-line fork is extremely robust.
