The Journeyer GRX 600 700c brings elegance to rough roads. The all-new aluminum frame offers greater stability and more features for riders exploring mixed-surface riding. The Waxwing carbon fork provides optimal compliance for rough gravel. Fender mounts and rack options allow you to customize the Journeyer to your riding style.
Salsa uses alloy tubes specifically developed for the Journeyer frame, which are then heat-treated to T6 alloy standards for added strength and durability. The 12 x 142 mm thru-axle ensures frame rigidity, improved tracking, and consistent wheel positioning.
The Waxwing fork is made of carbon with an aluminum steerer tube. The 12 x 100 mm thru-axle provides stiffness at the front axle and guarantees optimal steering precision. Designed for high load capacity, the Waxwing features two Three-Pack mounts and a rack mount in the center of the fork blade. The internal cable routing of the hub dynamo and the fender mounts facilitate riding in all conditions. The generous tire clearance of 700c x 50 mm or 650b x 56.5 mm (27.5 x 2.25 inches) allows for the use of a wide variety of wheels and tires. An abrasion-resistant plate on the inside of the fork protects against wear. through mud and other road debris.
